We are committed to providing support to our IPTV resellers in case of issues related to the control panel. Subscription details will generally be sent to the customer's registered email within one (1) business day after payment is processed.

Service Cancellation

You do not need to notify us if you wish to cancel or pause your subscription.

If you decide to pause your subscription, the service will be suspended at the end of the current subscription period.
No payment is required to cancel or pause your service.

Subscriptions

My Prince IPTV guarantees that all subscription codes purchased on our website will be activated for the agreed-upon duration. If any issues arise with the servers or content, contact us and we will do our best to resolve them.

Since several factors can affect your internet speed, there’s no single solution that works for everyone. We recommend trying different approaches to find what works best for you.

1. Restart Your Router

One of the simplest and most effective steps is to restart your router.
Sometimes the connection between your router and devices can desynchronize, causing slow speeds. Restarting the router can re-establish a fresh, stable connection.

You’ll be surprised how much this simple step can improve your internet speed and streaming quality.

2. Restart Your Device

If you experience slow performance, freezing, or disconnections on your device (e.g., a Firestick), restarting it may help.
Unplugging and plugging it back in gives your device a fresh start and can fix many minor performance issues.

This step is quick, easy, and won’t erase your data or settings.

3. Clear App Cache

Devices like the Firestick have limited memory (often less than 6 GB).
Over time, cached data builds up and can slow down your device or cause apps to crash unexpectedly.

4. Avoid Selecting All Channel Packages (Bouquets)

During registration, you’ll be asked to select the channel groups you want to watch.
We recommend not selecting all available packages, as this can overload the system with too many streams and cause the app to lag or crash.

Instead, select only the groups that interest you most, such as USA, Canada, or Latino.

5. Minimum Internet Speeds

Streaming IPTV requires a fast and stable internet connection.
Here are the recommended speeds for optimal streaming:

15 Mbps for SD content
20 Mbps for HD content
30 Mbps for Ultra HD content

Run a speed test to ensure you meet these minimums.
If you’re using Wi-Fi, remember it can be 50–60% slower than a wired connection.

8. Use a VPN to Avoid ISP Throttling

Some Internet Service Providers (ISPs) intentionally slow down your connection, especially during IPTV streaming.
If you notice frequent buffering, your ISP might be throttling your bandwidth.
